The Multifunctional Composites and Manufacturing Laboratory (MCML) specializes in the areas of multifunctional composites approach and additive manufacturing techniques with particular emphasis on stealth composites, space environmental composites, advanced thermoplastic composites, 3D-printed composites, ceramic matrix composites in high temperatures as well as composite structure analysis, design, mechanical testing and repair techniques. The MCML provides underlying understanding for which aerospace industry-supported research initiative can collaborate on the solution to create high-performance advanced composite structures and materials
